Best Paneer Tikka: Shaam Ki Rasoi Mein Khushboo Bhari :

Ghar ki rasoi se nikli ek kahani – Paneer Tikka ki. Jaane kaise ek shaam, ek craving aur mummy ke haathon ka swaad milke banate hain ek yaadgar tandoori recipe.
Shaam, Yaadein Aur Paneer Ka Jazba

Shaam ka waqt tha. Kamre mein ek halka sa andhera chhaya tha, lekin kitchen se aati haldi aur dhuaan bhune masalon ki khushboo se mann khil utha.
Dil ne kaha – aaj kuch tandoori ho jaaye. Par na toh baarish ho rahi thi, na electricity ka bharosa tha.
Bas ek craving thi, ek yaad thi… aur mummy ki woh muskaan, jo kehti thi, “Beta, khud bana le, zyada maza aayega.”

Recipe Ingredients

  • 250 gram fresh paneer (cut in cubes)
  • 1/2 cup hung curd (thick dahi, paani bilkul nahi)
  • 1 tsp adrak-lehsun ka paste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch (rang ke liye)
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp bhuna jeera powder
  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Namak swad anusar
  • 1 tbsp sarson ka tel (for that rustic flavour)
  • 1 tbsp nimbu ras
  • Pyaz aur shimla mirch ke tukde (optional, for layering)

Marinate Karne Ka Tareeka

Ek bade bowl mein dahi daaliye. Usmein sare masale, adrak-lehsun ka paste banakar nimbu ras aur sarson ka tel milaiye.
Is mix karte mein thoda bhuna besan daaliye – ye texture aur binding ke liye important hai.

Ab isme cut Kiya hua paneer aur cut ki hui vegetables achee se mix kijiye. Dhyan rahe, paneer tootna nahi chahiye.
Bowl ko cover karke kam se kam 1 ghanta fridge mein rakh dijiye .

Paneer Tikka Banane Ke liye aap 2 Asaan Tarike ka use kar sakte hai

  1. Tandoor Ya Oven ka use kijiye

Skewers mein pehle pyaz, fir paneer, fir shimla mirch lagaiye. Preheat oven at 200°C.
15–20 minutes tak bake kijiye, beach mein thoda makhan ya ghee lagate rahiye for shine and taste.

  1. Tawa Ya Pan Pe

Non-stick tawa garam kijiye, halka sa tel daaliye. Medium flame pe paneer aur veggies ko golden hone tak sekhiye.
Thoda patience rakhiye, taaki crust achhe se bane aur masala chipka rahe.

Ek Kavita Paneer Tikka Ke Naam

Garama garam paneer, masale se bhara,
Ghar ki rasoi mein tandoor ka sahara.

Na koi chef, na fancy plate thi,
